too weak even to breathe.
can you give me back my wings?
can you cover up this pain that has etched itself inside me?
even if you follow in his footsteps,
will you look back just as he never did?
would you let me die like he has?
could you be all he never was and more?
would you bleed for me like he never would?
can you bring out the good in me like he always did?
i dont ever want to have to compare you to him
but it seems thats what i have done here
